About the Role
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is with the U.S. Special Operations Command (Army), Security Operations Training Facility, Intelligence Section located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).
- →Develop in-depth analytical assessments on highly unique special operations targets using multiple intelligence disciplines.
- →Conduct in-depth research using state-of-the-art intelligence tools to identify and analyze emerging threats.
- →Interface daily with national and theater-level intelligence counterparts to support sensitive SOF intelligence requirements.
- →Represent the command in coordination and liaison activities with senior officials across the national intelligence community.
- →Evaluate correctness and accuracy of all-source intelligence data before inclusion in command intelligence products.
- →Ensure intelligence databases are maintained and updated to support no-notice and short-notice contingency operations.
