About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W6RKAA 717TH MILITARY INTELLIGENCE BATTALION.
What You'll Do
- →Analyze communications signals information using national databases to synthesize raw intelligence data.
- →Assist in the evaluation and prioritization of raw data to refine collection strategies in establishing systems and procedures.
- →Prioritize intelligence collection efforts to satisfy national and tactical intelligence requirements.
- →Disseminate tactical intelligence products regarding critical indications, warnings, and force protection.
- →Recommend optimal product dissemination formats based on assessments of sensitive intelligence requirements.
- →Advise the Intelligence Community and Unified Combatant Commands on sensitive technical operations.
- →Develop target activity databases to enhance discovery capabilities for assigned missions.
- →Coordinate with Target Offices of Primary Interest to design targeted intelligence collection plans.
