About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is with the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, INSCOM, Associate Chief of Staff, G-3, Force Management Division, Plans Branch located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Develop strategic Army Military Intelligence force structure in support of Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Force Management programs.
- →Serve as the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM Intelligence action officer on force management actions with Headquarters Department of Army (HQDA), Department of War (DoW) and other government agencies.
- →Present complex Intelligence Force Management issues to senior Military and Civilian personnel.
- →Identify program changes to adjust resource allocation through the Headquarters Department of Army (HQDA) Total Army Analysis process.
- →Develop command force management guidance.
- →Monitor the documentation of available resources on Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM databases.
