About the Role
Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of of Field Operations, New York Field Office, Pharmaceuticals, Health & Chemicals (PHC) Center of Excellence and Expertise, located in Long Beach, CA. Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.
What You'll Do
- →In this position you will serve as a technical authoritative expert in Collection Management (CM), supporting the CBP Collection Management process by performing various intelligence assignments/duties relating to CM - both Collection Requirements Management (CRM) and Collection Operations Management (COM) - within the CBP IE.
- →Incumbent provides CBP operators and analysts with CM support and collection reporting tailored to their needs.
- →This position starts at a salary of $87,061.00 (GS-11, Step 1) to $135,657.00 (GS-12, Step 10) with promotion potential to $161,313.00 (GS-13 Step 10).

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
