About the Role
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W1E8AA USA INTELLIGENCE CTR OF EXCELLENCE. THIS ANNOUNCMENT IS ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT T2COM FEDERAL CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES (GS/GG).
What You'll Do
- →Provides quality assurance, evaluation, and advisory services for instructional systems and training programs offered by the organization.
- →Monitors quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness of training and training development based on knowledge of adult-model educational learning theories, principles, methods, techniques, and best practices.
- →Provides guidance and assistance to course managers and cadre in order to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
- →Provides guidance to the course managers and cadre regarding the improvement, design, development, implementation, and documentation of training programs utilizing the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model.
- →Prepares reports on training effectiveness to note best practices or recommend changes to curricula or methodology.
