About the Role
You will serve as a Instructional Systems Specialist (Safety) in the Safety Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
What You'll Do
- →You will prepare letters, memorandums, fact sheets, decision papers, and other correspondence.
- →You will establish and maintain contact with safety specialists, researchers, and others in education and training institutions and organizations.
- →You will plan, organize, and apply professional knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) or Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes and Marine Corps development methodologies.
- →You will evaluate, validate, and recommend improvements to course curriculum.
- →You will identify, research, evaluate, recommend, plan, promote, and coordinate various training and learning solution.
Requirements
- ✓In addition: Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Completion a 4 year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours appropriate to the work of the position.
