This vacancy is for a GS-2210-12, Information Technology Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, NAVCEN WATERWAYS RISK ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT DIVISION in ALEXANDRIA, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team.
- →Typical work assignments include: Managing and processing IT product support request forms, ensuring that all requests are accurately documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
- →Maintaining a tracking system for all support requests and providing regular updates to customers on the status of their requests.
- →Managing and overseeing governance for the division's internal digital infrastructure and electronic file organization.
- →Serving as the COR for contracting responsibilities related to WRAS divisional efforts.
