About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, justifies, and manages (to include planning, tasking, requirements, operations, and training) multiple concurrent programs to meet DoD and Army strategy for the Pacific theater.
- →Performs as a project manager and a release manager for high visibility, high dollar value Enterprise initiatives across the Army Pacific theater.
- →Serves as IT Program Manager and Project Manager who oversees, coordinates, integrates, justifies, manages, and implements multi-year Information Technology (IT) Programs and projects for the 516th Theater Signal Brigade (BDE).
- →Develops and implements Pacific Theater IM/IT plans.
- →Routinely advises on and prepares reports, staff studies, information papers, and briefings involving assigned areas
