Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Information and Technology, Passenger Systems Program Directorate, located in Denver, CO. What You'll Do
- →Joining Customs and Border Protection, Office of Information and Technology (OIT) will allow you to use your expertise in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data through the planning, analysis, development implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools.
- →This position starts at a salary of $121,785.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $158,322.00 (GS-13, Step 10.
- →Major duties of this position include: Managing and coordinating overall project schedule, budget, resources, and collaborating with other departments to establish priorities.
- →Applying analytical methods and techniques to assess the improvement of organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- →Reviewing and analyzing informational data from a strategic perspective and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that IT related concerns and priorities have been identified and addressed.
- →Utilizing databases and spreadsheets to collect and analyze data.
- →Providing policy guidance to SAS leadership and IT workforce including guidance on changes, updates, procedural changes, budget, and changing mission requirements.

Requirements
