About the Role

In most cases, the salary will be set at the starting point of the range for the grade level qualified for new federal employees. GS-7: $57,331 to $74,532 GS-9: $68,545 to $89,114 As needed, additional positions may be filled using this announcement.

What You'll Do

  • If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for technical, analytical, and automation services in support of the mission.
  • Typical work assignments will include: Provide IT customer service and support in troubleshooting, recovering, and resolving recurring software/hardware problems.
  • Provide user training and assistance on a variety of routine applications.
  • Provide a variety of technical support services to coordinate teleconferences and distance learning activities to effectively deliver legal training using electronic and/or telecommunications media.
  • Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot commonly used hardware and software systems within the organization Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
  • This position is also being announced to All U.S.

Requirements

  • All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S.
  • Department of Education.
