About the Position: This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Develop and conduct training in custom or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications to internal staff and supported customers.
- →Resolve user questions concerning data connections, signal speeds, downloading/ uploading files, and operating characteristics of telecommunications equipment.
- →Analyze computer problems to determine whether they are related to software or hardware.
- →Assist in formulating policies and developing and implementing strategies and management guidelines for processing systems.
- →Develop expertise in supported computer applications to provide help-desk assistance and technical advice to staff and supported customers.
