This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Competitive Service Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The incumbent will independently upgrades, redesigns and integrates current and future JOC and Command Center (CC) applications.
What You'll Do
- →Execute Knowledge Management initiatives to accomplish organization's mission.
- →Anticipate crisis information needs, and pre-positions appropriate information management systems by performing configuration, setup, training and support.
- →Develop applications and techniques to integrate other databases to enhance the value of data and information assets.
- →Plan integration of operating systems to ensure Information Technology (IT) capacity meets current and future business needs.
- →Contribute in establishing policies and procedures for knowledge creation, capture, sharing, use, and transfer.
- →Conduct software design, interactive and query system design principles, and graphic techniques on complex databases understanding their relationship to the computer architecture.
