What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Information Technology Division (SPB16), Operations Management Department (SPB10), Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, BANGOR, WA.
- →You will be responsible for tracking fielded IT Equipment and maintains all hardware, network devices, servers and software license information in the IT equipment asset management database.
- →You will provide reports to management of which assets are scheduled to have their warranty protection expire and need to be placed under an extend warranty or maintenance contract.
- →You will serve as Hardware/Software Service Contracts Manager for the IT Division using both contract and purchase card vehicles to purchase licensing and support services as requested for customers and functional team leads.
- →You will serve as SWFPAC Telephone Control Officer (TCO), preparing Local Service Request (LSR) for all new or change of telephone service requests within the Organization.
- →You will provide a complete range of administrative services to support the agencies facilities.
Requirements
- ✓Education may be used to substitute for specialized experience: successful completion of a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree; -OR- a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience
