What You'll Do
- →Manage the DLA Warstopper program, overseeing the planning, programming, and budget execution to maintain industrial capabilities and enhance agency readiness.
- →Serve as the technical authority for approving Warstopper investments and develop the program to meet the military’s go-to-war requirements.
- →Develop and implement enterprise-wide procedures, strategic objectives, and performance measures for Industrial Capability programs, including the Defense Production Act (DPA) and Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS).
- →Direct and conduct complex industrial capability studies on critical resources to identify and mitigate industrial constraints affecting DoD readiness.
- →Lead and direct cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve high-visibility program issues, ensuring strategic goals and project milestones are met.
- →Influence and persuade high-ranking military and civilian managers to accept and implement recommendations to address industrial base risks.
