You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (PROGRAM MANAGER) in the SECRETARIAT OFFICES of DEPUTY UNDER SECRETARY OF THE NAVY - MANAGEMENT.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan, develop, and coordinate comprehensive Human Resources Management (HRM) programs.
- →You will identify and ensure implementation of actions necessary to employ a quality workforce and comply with public policy, law, and regulation.
- →You will plan, manage, and execute special human capital projects, high-priority administrative reviews, and pilot initiatives as assigned by the Director of Civilian Human Resources.
- →You will advocate for organizational requirements and represent the command in departmental HR policy, program development, and field operation issues.
- →You will investigate, analyze, and determine the causes of a variety of complex issues and prepare comprehensive data-driven reports and briefs to recommend resolutions to leadership.
