About the Role
About the Position: This position is in 35th Medical Group Medical Treatment Facility located on Misawa Air Base, Japan and serves as a senior Human Resources Specialist and subject matter expert for manpower management functions.
What You'll Do
- →Perform organization manpower studies, clerical, technical, administrative, professional, and scientific health, and workforce planning and analysis, organization studies, placement and advisory services for a variety of positions.
- →Monitor production reporting systems and perform quality review of personnel actions.
- →Prepare and submit civilian Requests for Personnel Actions.
- →Initiate and monitor employees' incentive and honorary award program, recruitment/relocation/retention incentive and student loan repayment programs.
- →Ensure appraisals meet the timeline, applicable regulatory, and administrative guidance.
