What You'll Do
- →You will serve as an Employee Relations Advisor for COMPACFLT Headquarters dispersed throughout Hawaii, Contiguous United States (CONUS), and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations.
- →You will serve as a technical expert and senior advisor to management on complex and often controversial employee relations issues.
- →You will provide guidance on matters including, but not limited to conduct and performance-based actions, employee grievances and appeals, and time and attendance matters.
- →You will track, manage, and advise management on probationary periods; justification and documentation applicability; and certification requirements.
- →You will research and analyze case law and develop recommendations for management on appropriate courses of action.
- →You will provide advice and guidance to management on harassment claims, including guidance and establishing parameters on conducting fact-finding and/or equivalent investigations.
- →You will provide counsel to management on alternative dispute resolution methods and strategies.
- →You will advise management on addressing and documenting performance issues, including developing performance improvement plans (PIPs).
