About the Role
You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Employee and Labor Relations) in the Total Force Management of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.
What You'll Do
- →You will advise managers on the application of civilian personnel policies and procedures in employee relations matters (e.g., discipline, grievances, appeals, fair employment practices).
- →You will identify the course of disciplinary action consistent with facts, policy, and contractual requirements.
- →You will design program briefs to update senior leaders on human resources programs.
- →You will collaborate with management and unions to resolve unfair labor practice changes, grievances, workplace issues.
