What You'll Do
- →Serves as DLA Human Resources Operations special projects program manager.
- →Conducts detailed, extensive studies related to all areas of human resources management to include cost, resource planning, staffing, management, corporate planning support, and government reinvention efforts.
- →Provides management advisory service and authoritative policy interpretations on highly complex agency-wide or other issues such as re-engineering and improving HR Processes.
- →Identifies processes to be reviewed for efficiency and improvement of workflow, redistribution of work in order to increase efficiency, and elimination of waste processes in order to increase quality control and improve customer service.
- →Provides advice to program managers on the development of solutions to especially complex and difficult problems.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
