What You'll Do
- →You will independently classify and prepare complete classification evaluations to analyze and determine the proper occupational series, title, and grade for GS and FWS positions.
- →You will provide expert advice to BUMED HRO staff and command managers and supervisors with respect to position management issues.
- →You will participate in classification projects such as, but not limited to, developing standardized position descriptions or position descriptions audit reviews.
- →You will provide information and training to BUMED HRO staff and Navy Medicine managers and supervisors on classification and position management.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: For the GS-12 there is no education substitution.
- ✓For the GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
