What You'll Do
- →You will assist in examining, placement, and staffing activities by screening resumes and providing information to the public, and provide support to the Veterans Employment, Professional Recruiting, and/or other Miscellaneous Employment programs.
- →You will be responsible for ensuring proper procedures were followed in making job offers or assisting with recruit packages.
- →You will properly use Onboarding Manager and accurately identify required forms to bring new hires aboard in a timely and effective manner and work with OCHR-NE staff to resolve issues and answer questions involving various personnel actions.
- →You will Utilizes computer programs, such as DCPDS, Onboarding Manager, E-Verify, Civilian Workflow Automation tool, and Talent Acquisition Portal to assist with HR functions.
- →You will implement customer support for site visit travel i.e. visit request/coordination, order preparation, itinerary, voucher processing, amendments.
- →You will assist the HR Specialist in site briefs for potential candidates.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: DG-03: 1 year equivalent to at least GS-04 OR 4 years above high school A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
