What You'll Do
- →Performs a wide variety of technical support, focused primarily in the areas of recruitment and staffing.
- →Coordinates with management officials to recruit for position vacancies.
- →Creates and posts vacancy announcements.
- →Rates resumes for qualifications, hiring preference/priority criteria and other job-related criteria; refers qualified candidates to management for consideration.
- →Responds to applicant and management inquiries on procedures such as application procedures, application statuses, criteria used in qualifications decisions.
