About the Role
About the Position: The U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) is a joint Department of Defense command responsible for processing applicants into five branches of military service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard).
What You'll Do
- →Greet and account for visitors/applicants in and out of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS); providing identification tags.
- →Fingerprint applicants using automated system(s).
- →Question applicants to obtain and/or verify complete data required for final data processing of forms and records for entry into the military service.
- →Perform record management of electronic and paper applicant records.
- →Cross-trains to assist other sections in the organization when required.
