The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a team lead and establish deadlines on projects and work to be accomplished, and independently carry out day-to-day functions, to include precedent setting cases, highly controversial actions, unique situations and establish new procedures for new programs.
What You'll Do
- →Summary Continued Incumbent resolves all technical problems, which arise on the most difficult and unusual problems.
- →Work is reviewed in terms of effectiveness of operations.
- →DUTIES Provides technical support and assistance in processing military personal actions.
- →Interviews personnel, and obtains additional information from previously completed files and records to make initial determination of eligibility of the individual for the requested action based upon technical knowledge and applicable regulations.
- →Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the office.
- →As the Senior Technician of the Section: plans work to be accomplished; interprets policies and procedures, and established priorities.
