What You'll Do
- →You will provide assistance, information, and administrative support to the Marines, Sailors, and civilian personnel assigned to the Depot.
- →You will prepare unit diaries timely and accurately; reconcile Unit Diary Feedback Reports; conduct audits of service records; generate, validate and take corrective action on rosters obtained from the MCTFS.
- →You will track and join inbound permanent personnel, join and access recruits; service record book audit, create recruit records as they arrive and update permanent personnel records as required.
- →You will maintain and audit service records, verify documents are incorporated in the Official Military Personnel File; verify that units are submitting Junior Enlisted Performance Evaluation System Marks on required occasions.
- →You will be responsible for tracking and reporting all mandatory training events for recruits via Unit Diary.
- →You will prepare documents required for separation to include DD Form 214, NAVMC 11116, NAVMC 11060, Miscellaneous Action Notice, travel/discharge orders, letters of appreciation.
- →You will ensure uniformed service members receive Department of Defense benefits which they are entitled.
