About the Role
You will serve as a Human Resources Assistant (Mil) in the Naval Education and Training Command of NROTC SITE MD BALTIMORE COUNTY.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide senior officers and staff members training on processes and various program requirements.
- →You will analyze, research issues, and determine the actions to resolves the issues.
- →You will maintain tuition and Fees records You will maintain a local tracking system and monitor data by updating as needed.
- →You will serve as Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) for all personnel, student and midshipmen.
- →You will prepare, submit all required documentation to process gains, losses, separations, retirements, pay and PCS travel claims.
