About the Role
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL) in the Navy Talent Acquistion Group (NTAG) of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT NASHVILLE.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as senior advisor for assigned military-and civilian employees in the daily operation of the NRPS.
- →You will prepare workload and production reports, and addresses problems encountered in meeting work schedules.
- →You will monitor the daily processing of scheduled and walk-in applicants.
- →Ensures operations and scheduled actions are completed in view of Navy Recruiting goals and needs.
- →You will perform liaison functions between the NTAG and the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) regarding applicant-processing actions You will research and provides factual information regarding current, applicable rules, regulations, procedures, policy and requirements to provide explanations of actions taken or recommended.
