What You'll Do
- →If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected human resources team that is responsible for providing recruitment and placement, classification, employee relations, employee benefits, personnel action processing, employee compensation, human resource development and other related services.
- →Typical work assignments will include: Processing personnel actions.
- →Providing office automation assistance.
- →Assisting with time, attendance and leave management duties.
- →Providing clerical and technical support in the areas of recruitment and placement, classification, employee benefits, personnel actions processing.
- →Assisting with the new employee orientation process.
- →Assisting with the review of security information and documents in relation to pre-employment security processing.
- →Reviewing, processing, and resolving problems/discrepancies relative to requests for personnel actions.
- →Providing information to employees regarding employee benefits programs.
- →Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
- →This is an excepted service appointment under the Pathways Recent Graduates Program.
- →This appointment is a one year career development program.
- →At the successful completion of the program requirements, you may be eligible for non-competitive conversion to a Federal career or career-conditional appointment.

Requirements
- ✓All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at an institution that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications.
