About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located with the U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command, Sustainment Center of Excellence, U.S. Army Quartermaster School, 23rd Quartermaster Brigade, Fort Lee, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Supervise the H2F Human Performance Team.
- →Provide education and training to various groups regarding human performance and H2F programs.
- →Monitor the program's effectiveness and provide training and technical support to develop, manage, and implement an effective human performance program.
- →Conduct group and individual human performance consultations and oversight to include cardiovascular, strength, power, agility, flexibility, nutrition, and cognitive performance.
- →Conduct research and analysis on human performance.
- →Manage resources, contracting, budget, procurement, facilities, and equipment.
- →Analyze emerging mission requirements and conduct short- and long-term planning.
- →Serve as the program coordinator for the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program, which includes kinesiology, dietetics and nutrition, physical therapy, occupational therapy, cognitive performance, and strength and conditioning.
- →Evaluate, analyze, research, and implement program policies, guidance, and standard operating procedures.
