About the Role

This vacancy is for aWG-5803-10, HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT MECHANIC located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, SECTOR MOBILE ENGINEERING/SUPPORT DIVISION in MOBILE, Alabama.

What You'll Do

  • You will serve as a HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT MECHANIC and be responsible for maintenance and repair of Sector Mobile's physical base consisting of approximately thirty-five acres, thirteen buildings and structures with over sixty pieces of industrial support equipment..
  • Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team.
