About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center in the Directorate of Resources Management. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →Receive inquiries directly from beneficiaries, DHA components, other agencies, and various interested parties seeking information or assistance.
- →Coordinate with appropriate points of contact throughout the Military Health System, including the Managed Care Support Contractor, to best meet beneficiary needs for information or assistance.
- →Conduct briefings on health benefits for Active Duty and Reserve Component members and their families, and provide or coordinate policy briefings for retirees and other beneficiaries as requested.
- →Manage an enrolled population of beneficiaries assigned to multiple Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMHs).
- →Serve as the MTF liaison with the Managed Care Support Contractor (MCSC) for all enrollment-related matters.
- →Utilize a variety of computer systems, including the PCM Reassignment Web Application, PCM Web Research Tool, General Inquiry of the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), and MHSG, in the performance of duties.
