This position is located within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VISN 19 Clinical Resource Hub (CRH), Specialty Care Services, National Tele-Urology Program (NTUP). The primary purpose of this position is to provide national-level program and project management support to the National Tele-Urology Program (NTUP), National Surgery Office (NSO), Office of Rural Health (ORH), and VISN 19 Clinical Resource Hub.
What You'll Do
- →Duties include but are not limited to: Answers routine and technical and non-technical request for information such as status of reports, suspense dates, and similar information readily available from files in a timely and accurate manner.
- →Preparing narrative reports that detail identified issues or problems, providing background information and observations.
- →Performs a variety of activities using office automation software.
- →These activities include but are not limited to preparation of presentations requiring coordinating inputs from multiple sources and software packages; forms creation; calendar scheduling; correspondence preparation; electronic mail; action tracking systems; internet searches; spreadsheets to organize data, and; office management programs.
- →Utilizes software and databases to perform statistical analysis and prepare reports.
- →Implementing project plans, establishes milestones, monitors progress, identifies risks, and recommends corrective actions when necessary.
