About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to provide full staff assistance on administrative issues and organizational policy to Executive-Level administrative oversight and support in variety of areas related to office management, business process coordination, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
What You'll Do
- →Interview candidates and recommend appointments or promotions.
- →Identify training needs and arrange for development opportunities.
- →Observe staff performance; Provides informal feedback and periodically evaluates employee performance.
- →Resolve informal/formal complaints and grievances and promote a working environment characterized by psychological safety, civility, and respect.

Requirements
