About the Position: This position is located at Bassett Army Community Hospital in Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Federal employees in Alaska are currently entitled to receive a 1.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Develop and revise credential program policies and procedures established to meet program requirements.
- →Serve as subject matter expert in the field of credentials and clinical privileging.
- →Ensure accurate provider data is entered and maintained in Joint Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (JCCQAS) computer program.
- →Perform various technical studies needed to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare delivery methods and procedures to increase the efficiency, productivity, and quality of care of clinical operations.
- →Prepare agendas for credentials related meetings and ensures those involved are notified of meeting time and providers to be accurately prepared for committee action.
- →Utilize word processing software to create, copy, edit, or move information one file or application.
