About the Position: The incumbent serves as a Administrative Officer (AO) one or more clinics within a clinical department providing administrative and management support to the Clinic Chief/OIC in planning programs and managing the annual operating budget. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Advance In Hire may be authorized to those who are new to federal employment. Recruitment Incentive may be authorized. Advance in Leave Accurual may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinate with various internal facility departments to plan and have a representative conduct a variety of management studies.
- →Analyze data compiled to recommend policy changes, procedural modifications, and reorganization/restructure of the Clinic.
- →Recommend the allocation and management of personnel, material, and fiscal resources.
- →Monitor and coordinate access to electronic health records and other health systems.
- →Primary administrative point of contact for different support organization regarding issues specific to the clinic.
