About the Position: This position is located at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Consult with management to develop controls and procedures for compliance with all local and higher headquarters regulatory requirements.
- →Analyze information to conduct management studies to improve organization efficiency, cost effectiveness, time and motion, organization structure, and human capital management.
- →Provide administrative, managerial consultation and advisory to key leadership, staff and faculty.
- →Monitor and analyze workload statistics.
- →Serve as coach or facilitator in coordinating team initiatives and activities.
