About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Naval Health Clinic (Pearl Harbor), Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Identify, develop, evaluate, and recommend options to resolve command issues.
- →Provide expertise in extracting data from a wide variety of medical and financial databases and other sources in support of command projects.
- →Work with command executive staff to provide continual assessments of operational effectiveness and promote data integrity and quality.
- →Analyze information to provide senior management with an ongoing measure of organizational effectiveness.
- →Management analyst for assigned Directorates and Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) within the command.
- →Develop constructive recommendations to solve significant management problems.
- →Establish methodologies to identify, collect, compile, organize, analyze, interpret, track, and present workload, cost, and other pertinent medical and dental data and information.
- →This position requires Basic Life Support training certification from, or in accordance with, the American Heart Association and American Red Cross.
