What You'll Do
- →Conduct analysis of healthcare management including productivity, forecasting, trends, enrollment of population, levels of staffing, or other related factors.
- →Evaluate the impact of changes in health care delivery on long-range goals of the organization.
- →Implement new evaluative methods of productivity to capture, identify, and collect information relevant to management studies.
- →Coordinate with clinical and administrative activities on matters that affect costs, efficient processes, and patient outcomes.
- →Interview management and staff to assess productivity.
