About the Position: This position is at Army Medical Center Madigan, Joint Base Lewis McCord This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Brief Access Manager weekly regarding clinic compliance with schedule requirements and all related access metric deficiencies.
- →Design the master schedules/templates and booking criteria in accordance with the requirements of the individual clinics.
- →Protect patient confidentiality by not disclosing unauthorized medical/personal information.
- →Coordinate with the Patient Appointing Office to input provider master schedules/templates, schedule and booking criteria modifications.
- →Monitor clinics having inadequate access to care and provide direct feedback along with recommendations for improved business processes.
