About the Position: This position is located at Groton Submarine Base, Groton, Connecticut. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Assist clinic leadership with local business planning and performance improvement efforts.
- →Use a variety of established military databases (including EHR, DART, M2, DEERS, CarePoint, and TRICARE Operations Center) to gather, compile, and report monthly and annual data.
- →Monitor clinic compliance with Defense Health Agency (DHA) performance metrics.
- →Educate clinic staff on mandatory standards.
- →Conduct routine tracking of resource utilization.
- →Coordinate regular communication across the clinic by collaborating with providers and support staff.
- →Direct daily scheduling, appointing services, and template management activities for the clinic footprint.
- →Maintain a baseline understanding of agency systems to track supply expenditures against the local clinic budget.
