About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Travis, AFB, CA. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the Referral Management Center (RMC) Manager for David Grant Medical Center (DGMC).
- →Assist Service Line Leaders in developing effective processes to maximize clinician productivity.
- →Maintain data capture tools in order to facilitate the multi-dimensional manipulation of referral management.
- →Provide advice to employees to adhere to safety standards.
- →Develop reports to capture key data were needed.
- →Advise on healthcare administrative policies clarifying procedures to determine workloads within the department.
