About the Position: This position is located at Defense Health Network Pacific Rim, Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA Directorate of Clinical Support, Public Health Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Utilize service contracts to effectively control and manage the financial expenditure associated with personnel resources.
- →Formulate the departmental budget and manage related expenditures to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- →Ensure availability of health services in support of care requirements are optimized by the utilization of all medical, nursing, and community resources.
- →Monitor contract performance to ensure contract health care workers are of the required skill levels.
- →Review contracting, purchasing, and acquisition actions to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, as well as agency instructions and directives.
