About the Position: Located at Dunham Health Clinic, Carlisle Barracks. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for the Family Member Travel Screening (FMTS) and Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP). This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide guidance on enrollment in the Family Member Travel Screening (FMTS) process.
- →Identify conditions that may require enrollment into the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP).
- →Review electronic health records for potential travel concerns such as medical, behavioral health, or dental needs.
- →Review all medical and educational enrollment forms for accuracy.
- →Ensure military families with special medical or educational needs are properly supported and cleared during Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves.
- →Coordinate patient care needs with the gaining medical authority overseas.
