About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center in the Directorate of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Exceptional Family Program in Honolulu, Hawaii. Tripler Army Medical Center is a tobacco-free workplace. Tobacco products include, but are not limited to, smoking, smokeless tobacco, and electronic nicotine delivery devices. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Check individual patients for eligibility of care.
- →Provide the service member, spouse, or family member with required program forms and initial guidance.
- →Screen family members of active duty service members who request Government-sponsored travel to Outside of the Contiguous United States.
- →Review family member electronic health records for potential travel concerns.
- →Ensure all required patient and program documentation is received.
- →Identify conditions that may require enrollment into the Exceptional Family Member Program.
- →Coordinate the administrative requirements for the Exceptional Family Member program in the health facility.
