What You'll Do
- →Coordinate with other customer support organizations and offices to resolve issues when services are rendered outside the market area.
- →Disseminate current information on DHA policies and programs to appropriate stakeholders.
- →Assist contracting officials in interpreting and evaluating compliance with contractual requirements.
- →Identify and report systemic problems to the appropriate level and tracks to resolution.
- →Provide input to written policy, to include providing recommendations to aid in clarifying or developing policies and programs.
