About the Position: Position located at Fort Belvoir, VA in Clinical Operations, Defense Health Network East, Network 6 IOC. Position conducts process improvement studies of Defense Health Agency and Defense Health Network health services delivery systems and operations, including services provided in the direct healthcare system. Performs analysis, leads and coaches using variety of systems, tools and methodology to improve health services delivery systems. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →Conducting process improvement studies of healthcare delivery systems and operations.
- →Analyzing performance and identifying areas of concern.
- →Developing system-wide process improvement plans and coordinating with stakeholders.
- →Providing recommendations for standardizing processes.
- →Serving as a strategic planner and coordinating business development Providing analytic capability and advice to leaders and decision makers.
- →Reviewing initiatives/projects and ensuring compliance with Defense Health Agency guidance.
- →Participating in inspections and developing recommendations for improvement.
