About the Position: This position is located in Defense Health Headquarters, Medical Affairs, Clinical Support Division and it is located in Falls Church, Virginia. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Develop, recommend, monitor and advise on policies and patient support services pertaining to Medical-Forensic Management of Sexual Assault (MFMSA).
- →Coordinate with the Department of Justice, U.S.
- →Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory, and other professional organizations to ensure that the DHA’s medical education and services achieve established goals and objectives.
- →Exercise delegated authority to oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of the DHA’s MFMSA Program.
- →Has direct oversight of the Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Examiner (SAMFE) training program.
- →Manages the development of policy changes in response to changes in levels of appropriations or other legislated changes.
- →Develop, execute, and oversee the process for approval of travel in support of the DHA MFMSA Program.
- →Responsible for three strategic objectives to include the development, tracking and analysis of performance data.
