About the Position: This position is located at the Army Medical Center, Darnall in Fort Hood, Texas.
What You'll Do
- →Assists in the preparation of the agenda items, presentations and reports.
- →Attends planning conferences and meetings which affect current and future requirements of the program.
- →Obtains workload data to track progress in meeting objectives and use of resources.
- →Provides assistant level support for Health System Specialist functions.
- →Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documents in draft and final form using a Word, PowerPoint or Excel Spreadsheets.
- →Uses office automation systems to perform management and/or support assignments.
- →Develops professional Power-Point presentations on data identified by supervisor.
