About the position: This position will be assigned to Robins AFB, GA This is a Regular Full Time (RFT) position with benefits medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, 401(k), and annual/sick leave.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for the full range of both course and facility operational management and maintenance of the golf course.
- →Implements higher-level directives, formulates procedures and programs to ensure high standards of food and beverage, recreational, and promotional programs.
- →Establishes, reviews, and evaluates food service and purchase of supplies, equipment, and resale merchandise.
- →Establishes financial goals commensurate with market analysis of area or region.
- →Prepares budget, analyzes financial results, and maintains solid financial condition of the facility and course.
- →Responsible for workforce management, recruitment, and staff training.
- →Manages real property resources, and provides expert advice on renovations, improvements, and minor and major construction.
- →Promotes, organizes, schedules, and conducts tournaments, matches, special events, and daily course activities.
- →Conducts or ensures conduct of golf lessons.
- →Ensures course, putting green, chipping practice area, golf carts, and rental equipment are correctly maintained.
- →Oversees the operation of a pro shop and/or snack bar.
