About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Fort Meade, Maryland.
What You'll Do
- →Advises leaders on force resourcing and management issues associated with proposed approaches, and as indicated by analyses, recommends optimized alternatives.
- →Contributes expertise in application of concepts, regulations, policies, and processes governing the commitment of Cyber workforce assets to planned actions.
- →Assesses and recommends analytical methods and courses of action (COAs) to be employed to define workforce requirements.
- →Contributes to the planning, execution, and after-action analysis of Joint exercises used, in part, to assess the effectiveness of GFM strategies.
- →Represents the interests of the Command and its special role in the cyberspace program and makes substantive contributions to these groups' analyses and recommendations.
- →Develops and maintains the personnel annexes for a variety of contingency, emergency, and mobilization plans.
